Missed Call

Official Selection, London Short Film Festival 2015. Shortlisted at TriForce Short Film Festival 2015 and screened at BAFTA Piccadilly.

 

3-minute short film, directed by Mat Laroche (Chips Films) and starring comedy actresses Letty Butler and Lucy Pearman. Two mobile-phone obsessed friends have lost the knack of communicating face-to-face.

 

While appearing on the surface to be facilitating the women’s communication and bringing them together, modern-day technology is in fact driving a wedge between them.
